Just a quick note to say I planted my first seeds roughly a week ago (February 18th). It was probably a tad early, but I can’t help myself. They were sweet peas from Baker Creek Seeds. I soaked them overnight and then planted them along the western side of the yard. Last year I planted my sweet peas on March 21st and it was too late; they didn’t bloom early enough. I am also pretty sure I planted them too deep, so this year I measured the planting depth.  This year I decided to try a month earlier to see what happens. I’ll keep you posted.
